Marshall is a mix of Dwight, Andy, and Michael. He is in a singing group like Andy, he tries to be funny sometimes but no one else thinks he is, and he is aggressive like Dwight.

@failingpoet Marshall is Michael if anyone from The Office. Andy is overall too nice of a guy. Marshall is a jerk to everybody and anybody… but at certain times he can be considerate – that’s Michael Scott.
