@foxcnbcfan nbc was the best tho
Answer this for me: why can’t Elliot Sadler keep his cars on the ground?
change the vid description. its Kurt Busch, not Kyle
2003 YEA!!!
2004 yea
2005 yup.
2006 uh-huh.
2007 …ok.
2008 …ummmmm
2009 DAMMIT JIMMIE!
2010 DAMMIT JIMMIE AND NASCAR!!!
2011 in progress
Dude what an epic crash….so dramatic
R.i.p Ben Parsons
@foxcnbcfan Yeah DJ is cool on ESPN but hes the only one I Like.
@foxcnbcfan Amen to that!!! ESPN’s commentators suck, with the exception of Dale Jarret. He’s pretty good. FOX is still doing good bc they have stuck with the same awesome lineup. But TNT has not been the same…
@mofoprada Yeah TNT Sucks now that Allens gone and ESPN Sucks Too. Long live the old NBC/TNT Commentating crew (RIP BP) and Long live Fox’s Comentating crew!
The best commentators in NASCAR are B.P, Wally & Allen Bestwick; along with D.W, Larry & Mike Joy from FOX. Hear Allen’s immediate reaction to the flip… He describes it with emotion & professionalism. And B.P’s comment: “That’s why we don’t race back to the line!” Epic commentating…
Parsons is lying when he says the speed of the safety crew is why they don’t race back to the line – the safety crews could come out to wrecks like this with the field racing back to the stripe anyway. NASCAR took away racing to the stripe to give the officiating tower more control of the racing – if it was about safety they’d have come up with something where they don’t give the tower more control than it already has.
sadler has the hardest hit and two of the wildest flips in nascar history, he’s like if steve park was lucky enough to not be hurt
Sadler has seriously taken more hard hits than anyone in the sport. He is going to be one very sore man later in life.
i dont think i’ll ever see a car flip over the Sadler did. that was just an amazing crash. glad he was ok.
@WWENASCARFAN 2010 wasn’t bad
I was watching this live I thought 100% that dude was mangled..Damn lucky sob
nascar should allow the drivers to race back to the line on the same lap of the caution. that was good to see. they should bring that back. but only on certain tracks! that would work. it would be a win win situation for NASCAR and the fans.
@bagruen He is a good guy and he didn’t do this intentionally. He had to make a split second decision not to wreck someone else and moved down. Look at the replay at 2:17 as Jr. is moving down, Busch is moving up. Don’t just blame Sadler, there were two others that were involved.
@skankuser You may have a case for Talladega, maybe even Daytona, but what about tracks like Charlotte, Atlanta, or Bristol. Cars at those tracks get spread out so much that at times during long Green flag runs there are cars at every point on the track.
That is why that rule was implemented, because at those tracks safety crews do not have to wait for the entire field to take the yellow, a car may have just past the start/finish line and would have to go around the entire lap.
Good Rule!!
Surprise, surprise! Elliot again. Turns down on to someone and causes a hundred thousand dollars damage again. It never ends with this guy. I don’t know how he’s stayed in NASCAR this long.
“This is why you don’t race back to the flag!”
Why the hell not? The field had already passed, and once they hit the start/finish, they’ll be slowing down.
The biggest horseshit rule change they ever made, and it wasn’t done for safety. It was done so NASCAR can get the premeditated endings they want at the finish.
NASCAR absolutely sucks now, and it’s because of changes like this.
ya it was Kurt Busch because kyle did not get to nascar till ’05
