wrong, paq did and can say he beat marquez, everyone is so used to ONLY seeing paq knock out people and when he doesnt you say he was beat, same way people actually a retarted argument saying de la hoya beat mayweather, so used to mayweather being so dominant when it wasnt a complete one sided fight you think they lost, marquez is not the champion, you have to make a non nogotiable effort each round to win, when you back up the entire fight, you run that risk of losing on cards!

@Mr180BSSS its not about when they stop. they could stop 20 days before the fight in the Pacquiao vs. Mayweather fight. They could test the day of. The point is that THERE IS NO CUT OFF, and please don’t try to tell me there was a cut off for Mosley fight, because there was not.
