Paul Williams always made the weight at Welterweight, so it was all fair. He is blessed with his height and seriously long reach. He is a light-middleweight now which i feel is much better for him. Does he have the physique? Who knows but his style is similar to Hearns, no one can be compared the hitman though. Who the hell said Mayweather is overrated?
