He never backed down. He always gave it 100%. He might not have had the skill of a Mayweather, but he had double the heart. Roger and Floyd Sr. both quit when they got in with tough guys (Chavez, Leonard). Freddie got in with the best, and went down swinging.

I wanted to know if I made the right choice… my hands are kinda small…. and I use the heavy bag a lot.. therefore I was wondering if it was ok for me to buy them…??? just doing this for fun I love martial arts.. its changing my life!…. please reply I’ll return them if you tell me to

I never get people who insinuate that a successful trainer has to have been a successful athlete as well. These are two separate things (not saying Roach was a poor boxer cause he wasn’t). But before you criticize someone who has overcome many obstacles in his life that you might not have even faced, think twice..fuckin idiots

@brozac1011 Yeah roach has had Parkisons for many years. He’s stated that he believes that it’s training boxers everyday, in the ring with the pads on etc, that has slowed the progress of his disease
